I bought a prepared-while-you wait salad from a grocery store. The chicken in it tasted "bad" so I stopped eating it. Does the grocery store have to use same-day chicken? Any other standard? A far as I could tell, the chicken (and other ingredients were not refrigerated.
@gollum,
keep the chicken and the sales slip and stick it in the fridge in case you get sick they can do a test fro the affective bacteria or toxin.
Hope you dont need the forensics though
