Hi!

Very high if not treated, people who take subutex can live with their addiction through out their life. Some quit cold turkey (in one day with out decreasing intake of heroin), some are part in needle exchange program and some get from others, by themselves or found in streets. That's why they catch HIV. It's been discussed in media wether to give out free fresh needles to heroin users so they can manage their lives or if they shouldn't.

I think we talk about "odds" and not "statistics", but statistics is something else.

Read the title of the thread, which btw is more than 2 years old.

He is specifically asking for stats.

In any event, saying the odds are “high” is vague. What is high? What are the numbers, which are of course statistics.
