@blueveinedthrobber,
With his history of multiple cardiovascular surgeries in mind,
he did the right thing. He owes it to himself to live long and prosper as well as he can!
I wish that HE had been the President, instead of W.
He 's a great guy. Thay shud put his picture on the $5 bill.

They should hang his nasty ass in the public square and put his stinking head on a stick as an example to those who would betray their country IMO.

On a sliding scale...
Average peaceful protester v.s. gun runnin', lawyer shootin', war startin', Halliburton supportin', torture lovin' war criminal.

Keep him, were good.

I had to look right in his beastly eyes when he came here as VP. He was being driven back from a lunch or somedamn thing at a winery and his motorcade was moving at snail's pace.

Very disturbing.

@dlowan,
However, I think it a reasonable decision for him to make.

Just think what all the security would cost Canada, just for starters.

He was out wabbit hunting.

*he had to give up duck hunting after attempting to kill his hunting partner, in that faked accident of a few years back.

WHAT did he do that betrayed America ?
I thawt that he was a very sharp, clever, astute Secretary of Defense
and a fine VP, with America 's best interests at heart.
Of course, actual policy itself came from W, not Cheney.

@blueveinedthrobber,
Exactly HOW did he betray the US?

Dont give generalities, be specific.

No, Rocky. His choice is one of wisdom,
not courage. He has no reason to spend his Golden Years exposing himself to strife.

He shud dedicate himself to having as much FUN
as possible, eat, drink & be merry!!! I wish he 'd attend my hedonism SIG in New York.

He 's such a wonderful guy! A real American (better than W)!

It makes me HAPPY to think upon all the many tens of millions of $$$$$
that he has successfully accumulated. He is very, very smart!

Dick Cheney is a real American success story!
Its good to meditate on that, for optimism.

If I had a son, I 'd encourage him to grow up to follow his example!!!
