What does "an additional concentration" mean?

Context:

ISSUE: The FDA is informing the public that an additional concentration of liquid acetaminophen marketed for "infants" (160 mg/5 mL) is now available. This change in the concentration will affect the amount of liquid given to an infant, and should be especially noted if someone is accustomed to using the 80 mg /0.8 mL or 80 mg/mL concentrations of liquid acetaminophen.

@oristarA,
In this context, an additional concentration means there is a stronger or more potent medicine available.

Thank you Roger.
But I didn't get the meaning of "additional" there well.

@oristarA,

Additional means extra.

An additional concentration is a different strength (of solution).

If it is different, why not additional means another?

@oristarA,
Nice questions you ask. I'm guessing that the 'additional' could apply to an extra selection on the shelves of the store. I've been wrong before. That's not exactly what it says, but I'm being charitable and assuming that 'additional' refers to selection rather than concentration.

@roger,
It would refer to another.

There was one concentration on the shelf.
Now there is an additional concentration to go along with the first one. Or in this case it may be a third concentration.

Concentration refers to the concentration of the medicine in the solution. mg/ml

@parados,

That's what I said.

So why was my answer not selected?

@oristarA,
'additional' can be easily understood if you use 'second'.

Parados' answer looks exceptionally clear to me, while yours, though helped to understand it better, somehow made me to accept it with hesitating.
