"By occasionally acting outside of the norm, you'll literally install new beliefs as your behavior alerts the Universe, life's magic, and your inner witness that things are changing. And if you repeatedly change your behavior, such as how you window shop for the skinnier, slimmer you, while also watching what you eat and choosing words that serve you, look out world!" ---- Mike Dooley Manifesting Change

What's the meaning of "acting outside of the norm" mean in the first sentence? Does it mean that do something unconventional?

What does "look out world" mean here? This is nore confusing.

Yes.

"Look out world - here I come!" is the full form.

"Look out!" is an shouted warning. It it used when something suddenly happens and everybody needs to be alert. In this case the author of the book alleges that the whole world will need to look out because of the changes that will happen.

By the way, books like that are trash.

It implies that the speaker of those words has great self-confidence
and that he will emerge into the public with very great force and power
which is intelligently directed in such a manner as to achieve exceptional success in his chosen endeavors.
