Actually the word to call the guy is "boy toy". That is at least what I refer to my husband.
It's "toy boy", I always thought, and also that a "boy toy" is a disparaging term for adult male playthings like muscle cars, guns, gaming computers, motorcycles, etc
Well, in UK (British) English a "toyboy" or "toy boy" means the same as that US "boy toy" phrase, although I see that "toyboy" is used over there. I think, however that the male adult toy thing is actually called "toys for boys" like so:
when a man says you are his "trophy" wife, it means you are the whole package. You got the looks, the sex appeal, the goods, etc., (money is the icing on top!)
however, some men have different definitions for it.
