@engineer,
You know one thing I think is silly, why does anyone care who the CEO of starbucks endorces?

Why Obama Endorsement From Starbucks CEO Who Battled Obamacare Is A Big Deal

Quote:
If anyone knows business, it’s Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz. That’s exactly what Glenn Beck‘s The Blaze said last year. Howard Schultz, the long-time leader of coffee giant Starbucks (NASDAQ:SBUX), now says he is voting for President Obama, after spending much of last year attacking Obamacare so much that he became a center point of Republican Majority Leader Eric Cantor‘s press releases. Schultz this year added that an ability to lead in a bipartisan fashion was a prerequisite for his support. And today, he gave that support to President Obama, citing his performance during Hurricane Sandy.

Let's be clear, Obama did not save the US auto industry. He didn't.

Obama did save the UAW and he broke centuries worth of bankruptcy laws to do it

Strong job growth in October, yay!

http://tpmdc.talkingpointsmemo.com/2012/11/economy-adds-171000-jobs-in-october.php

Quote:
The U.S. economy added an estimated 171,000 jobs in October, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics monthly employment report released Friday — exceeding analysts expectations, and sparing President Obama from lackluster economic news days before the election

The figures suggest a strengthening labor market, and include significant upward revisions to previous month’s employment estimate. BLS now estimates that the economy added an impressive 192,000 jobs in August, up 50,000 from a September revision and up even more from the initial, weak August estimate of 96,000. Likewise, BLS estimates that the economy added 148,000 jobs in September, up 34,000 from its initial estimate of 114,000.

@ehBeth,
Did you notice the unemployment rate rose from 7.8% to 7.9%?
Go back and read the article, it's in there.

@sozobe,
soz, It's not about "jobs" for the conservatives; it's about removing Obama, our only black president. Conservatives don't care about jobs numbers, although they keep harping on the 'poor job' Obama has done - during the Great Recession (don't you notice they never give details?). If they don't and can't understand there's a world recession going on with Europe and Japan also hurting, they think Obama had to be some miracle worker. They haven't harped one bit about the destruction of jobs by GW Bush; we were losing upwards of 800,000 jobs every month at the end of his term. That's why economists called it the Great Recession!

@sozobe,

It's funny how liberals try and avoid the truth at all costs.

The unemployment rate went UP and 4 Americans were murdered
in Benghazi all true and all occurred under Obama's watchful eye.

@H2O MAN,
News reports today show much of what you were claiming happened in Benghazi was NOT true. 4 people died is about the only thing you have said that is true.

@H2O MAN,
Actually, I live my life in reality. I work. I make money. I spend money. I save money. I use actual facts to help me do all of those things. I don't expect wishful thinking to get me anywhere. I sometimes get tired of having to care for people like you but I understand I have a responsibility to help the less fortunate.

@H2O MAN,
It'll be whatever it turns out to be. Right-of-centre or right-of-centre. Romney says he's going to keep doing what Obama's been doing - which varied between doing what Bush did with the U.S. and what Romney did with Massachusetts.

Read the articles before you link them - put honest titles to your links. I don't think that's actually asking a lot of you.
