Did he make out with her and was in a relationship with her?

he had a really close female colleague with whom he was really good friends for 5 years.
but this year this happened-
when he was supposed to come out of his room for a chat with an official he didnt come out.
after 5 minutes he did
while performing at the theater he looked a little off at while doing his act, didnt resist much and suddenly he started walking as if he was floating in the air then suddenly,jumps up and down and looks really happy and keeps saying yeah!!!! in front of the audience who was shocked to see him act like that.
everyone had one thing to say why was he so happy???
was he making out with his girl???
normally he never ever does this kind of stuff
once or twice i noticed his upper lip really plumped up.

then after 2 months he thrashes her publicly on radio for sleeping around,how many men he knows she slept with and even said that she must be in bed with some guy while hes talking.he had to apologize forcibly though.
that same time he mentioned me some times like to show how much his in laws love him,i love him and how much he likes me.
was he involved with her sexually???
was he trying to make her jealous???why did he care so much????
