Planch Quantum Theory ?

"Planch" here refers to Max Karl Ernst Ludwig Planck who established Quantum Theory. I am not sure whether Planck can be called Planch.

Is it an error?

@oristarA,
its probably an error. A "planch" is a tray used to hold stuff in a kiln.

Where, exactly, is "here"? (You keep doing this, and I have protested many times. Why haven't you learned not to do it?)

Max Planck's surname is spelled thus. Any other spelling is an error.

"Here" refers to the title of the thread.

BTW, the relative context of the title is in Chinese, that is why I ignored the attempt of offering more context.

@oristarA,
I'll try again.

Where did you see "Max Planch"?

I never saw "Max Planch."

The entire "context" in English is:

The Establishment of Quantum Mechanics and the Evaluation System of Scientific and Technological Innovation --In Commemoration of the 100th Anniversary of the Establishment of Planch Quantum Theory

Its Chinese article link:

@oristarA,
It's an error, most likely by someone not familiar with the Roman alphabet, who cannot distinguish between an h and a k. All our letters look the same? There's a joke there somewhere...

Well, all of Chinese language characters look the same in most of westerners' eyes, I believe.

Cheers.

Thank you for your opinion.

These problems occur whenever an unfamiliar form of writing is encountered e.g. Cyrillic (Russian, etc), Greek, Hebrew, Arabic, and the numerous pictographic scripts of the world.
