Mom & Dad on honeymoon

My mother and sister had a double wedding because they are very close and my father and uncle were best friends, so they also went on their honeymoon together (different rooms of course). Well, my uncle & aunt started sending me tons of old pictures he has in my email today and I'm in my glory. I put some of the pictures in my gallery and will be putting more later. My father passed away in 86, so my uncle thought I'd enjoy all the tons of pictures he has of him and boy is he right.

This is a picture of my mother and father on their honeymoon :-D

I'd say you look a little like both of them, but that smile looks like your mom's.

I've got my dads light brown hair, his eyes, and his teeth, but I think I look more like my mom.

Thanks Ceili. I'm kind of tired tonight, but I'll post a bunch more tomorrow. My uncle will be sending me some every day until I have them all, so for the next week or so I'll be adding some to my gallery every day. These are pictures I've never seen, so it's really exciting for me.

Maybe you're like me, montana. I have a lot of hamburger's features, but I have mrs. hamburger's facial expressions. Soooo, people who just see me sitting quietly watching something say i look like hamburger - people who see me laughing or frowning say i look like mrs. hamburger. I think it's grand, knowing both of them are always with me. Very Happy

I sure will post more. I also love the fact that I look like both my parents, especially since my dad is gone. These pictures are going to be a fun little project while I'm inside waiting out the cold weather :-)

Yup. My son says it's a 55,56 Olds Delta 88.

me memory says the '55 was called the "Holiday 88"with the Delta 88 introduced in '56
