Wherever I read it, maybe huffpo, he explained that his district had changed and there were many constituents he hadn't represented before thus needed to introduce himself and engage with, and thought it was time.

Yeah, but now that I've reported the thread, it's folded up on my 'puter. I have to look at all the 'threads unavailable' little menu items and click one at random to get back onto it. Oy-vay!
