Is the sign "Man's Toilet" acceptable?

It'll do in that it gets the message across. But in the US, using the word "toilet" is unecessay. In restaurants, offices, and retail stores, it could be simplified to signs that just read "Men" and "Women." By deduction people can figure that these doors lead to the restrooms/wc.

Man's and Woman's is not the way it's usually done - Men Women is more than enough


Why limit it to English - the silhouette convention is universal.
