That LiveScience explanation makes sense -- they have theirs, we have ours, they know about us, we know about them. If you go to the coordinates they posted for ours, though, it doesn't much look like theirs. Hmmmph! This all reminds me of Alias -- first episode of Season 1 where Jennifer Garner got tortured for figuring out their spying treachery!!! (She lived to fight another day, though lol)

They are trying to see if we can see what they can see.

I also like the "make everything bumpy" around aircraft,,,,,, even though it won't help.
