I couldn't possibly imagine, although it could be somewhere that he pretended to be called John, but he doesn't do that anymore.

I believe he likes to be called Johnnetta when with the Bishop...but only when properly oiled.

He often mentions it when he speaks of his imaginary cartoon characters, Huffy and Puffy as well as Buffy, Muffy, Cuffy and Juffy.


You see, Buffy is the Bishop, Puffy is the Deacon, Huffy is the acolyte(loves inhaling the incense and candle wax fumes), Juffy is obviously Jason, Muffy is his mom, Cuffy is the choir director.
He hinted at them in his series on spotted dicks.
