I know I sounds anti intuitive financially; but, many who would benefit from an unlimited card, can't get themselves enough above water to afford over a hundred dollars in one shot.

I don't get them because my subway riding is limited (and I don't like the bus system). No, not so much cabs as walking whenever possible.
