So, where would you cut?

I'd make a curve at about 1.5 inches from the tip of his chin, and then make a bit of a jump up on either side to show a distinction, then angling up. (angling, is that a word?) maybe at 45 degrees... or better, 60 degrees.

I'd wash the cut stuff (oooh, old gooooo) and make toupees.
