Gee, a racist too, Om. Fits in well with your overall persona.
I support the internment decision, in that it was very UNCERTAIN
whether the whole race of Japs in America in 1941
woud follow their Emperor, whom many Japs deemed to be a god.

As of now, I bear the Japs no ill will.
I am willing to disregard Pearl Harbor,
the Bataan Death March and the hell ships.

As a race, thay were brutal,
but thay have not proven to be stupid.

As a brutal member in good standing of one of the most brutal countries on the planet, you ought not to be casting stones.

You are a racist.

Truth be told, I believe that our failure to have been as brutal as we shoud have been,
and as we WOUD have been, if it were my choice,
led to a lot of unnecessary American deaths.
For instance,
I 'd have nuked the commies during the Korean War,
for the purpose of winning that war.
The Jap hell ships were not part of their war effort for victory;
thay were only incidentally cruel.

JTT wrote:

I guess u think that is important.
I don 't care much about it,
but for accuracy, as of now,
I bear no ill will toward the Japs,
neither here, nor in Japan.

That was not my opinion in the 1940s.

Don't even try that nonsense. The balance is so far out of whack to be almost incomprehensible.

It's a simple fact - the US has actively targeted innocents the world over for two centuries. The US is as brutal an aggressor as has ever existed on the planet.

And you, a member in "good" standing, a "human" who wishes to go beyond the evil that has been perpetrated.

OmSigRacist - that's kinda catchy, Dave.

Your post is so broad and general, J, that I don 't know how to address it,
without writing a long essay; too long.

@OmSigDAVID,
Of course you don't know how to address it, Dave. There's no way to address these myriad examples of war crimes and terrorism committed by the US upon the poor of the planet, merely to make the US wealthy.

One has to wonder - why can't a nation that is supposed to be so damn great, with so much talent, blah blah blah, simply compete in a decent respectable fashion as do the vast majority of countries around the world.

Instead it has been murder murder murder, steal steal steal, rape rape rape, torture torture torture.

I reject your premise that we don't.

In your communist delusions, J.

MULTIPLE CHUCKLES:
WE won the Third World War.
U, Karl Marx & Stalin lost it.

Communism now snuggles with Nazism
in the bottom of the cesspool of history.
U can go there and lay Red flowers,
in honor of your Comrade Stalin.

OmSig replies: I reject your premise that we don't.

That's because you are either woefully ignorant or you are informed and an evil piece of ****. I think that it's a combination of the two.

Highly illustrative of your ignorance.

And your promises, again, nothing. Highly illustrative of your sense of honesty.

@izzythepush,
I hope that I will not be accused of pacifism,
but the reasons for our going there,
as I understood them, were to:
1. kill Laden
2. kill, or otherwise rid ourselves of, Saddam
3. vanquish the Taliban, which has been removed
from de jure political power, tho its fanatics continue to fight.

Accordingly, we have accomplished the first 2 goals.
I dunno how long ( forever ?? ) it will take to finish the last one.

Since Saddam was killed, I 've had some doubts
qua continuing our presence over there.
Its expensive in terms of blood n treasure.

@hawkeye10,
From some people who own such toys a few pounds at best before the thing will not fly or fly very poorly.

Oh you also need to be skillful in flying those little monsters.

I just can see the lack of results of such a device with a few pounds of explosive, four C or not, hitting the reinforce concrete walls of the Pentagon.

This is PR from the FBI not a serous threat of any kind.

It is very, very good
to have RID ourselves of that guy.
He is an intolerable threat.

I feel SAFER than I was.

No need to worry as 4 C is very stable and so it likely that you might be brain by the plane but not that the 4 C would go off.

As someone with an engineering background this is the hard and expense way to attempt to do harm to well build buildings. Those toys run 6 to 30 thousand dollars and I would bet that the FBI front him the funds.

Now a nice home build mortar or if you wish to go with an air attack a night attack by an utralight able to carry hundreds of pounds of payload and having a very low radar cross section would be the way to go.

Now it is not big mouth fools who can be led on a hare brain spoon feed plot that we need to be concern about.

I bet the FBI even purchase the one model plane he did have as well as giving him the so call four C and a few rifles that did not work.

Hell the FBI seem to had known that the man was so dumb he would not even check fire the rifles and find out that they was not working.

This is a shameful waste of government resources.

Don 't be too sure of that, Bill.

It does not pay to be overconfidently underestimating the enemy.
