Grim stuff indeed.
Thank the goddess I live in a country (as imperfect as it is) in which poor people have some rights & some respect.
Things could be improved here, without a doubt, but nothing like what the poor are contending with in the US.
Heaven help them.

Kind of shocking though, hey?

Thomas, maybe people in Oz with cable tv can pick up the Daily Show, but not being one of them, I cant. (And too bad the link edgar posted can't be accessed in Oz.)
As to visiting the US, I'm saving my pennies in a jar.
By around 2030 I reckon I'll make it! Smile
