Mr. David. I get the impression you’re really really into guns. Speaking for myself only, I don’t support candidates based on gun control issues.

The easy answer is whichever one intends to help get us out of these open-ended wars that W got us into. Look to the left for a candidate that will allow us to reallocate the vast war spending into defense spending. Then we can ensure that freedom remains.

The NRA is monitoring the candidates at the Ames Straw Poll in Iowa today. They'll probably post their rankings in due course.

@OmSigDAVID,
President Obama. More positive (from your point of view) gun legislation has happened on his watch than on any recent President and I doubt those running against him will be more effective than him in promoting gun sales and rights activities.
