I explained the ancient rule
five, seven, five - yeah!

* Haikus are written in a 5-7-5 format. Five syllables in the first line, seven in the second, and five in the third. The first and third lines are generally not identical to one another.

You've written your haiku 5-7-5, not 5-5-7. I think clary means it's in the wrong order. Aside from that, the reverse haiku is lovely. ;-}
