Now the new version, or the new rule if you like, of Haiku is High*Cool - you are free to write anything only if you feel high and cool.
So izzy's limerick is acceptable.

He’s been causing bother on the religious and political threads which is to be expected, but it takes a special kind of arsehole to fall out with someone as inoffensive as yourself.

Yours was indeed a Haiku, but you took the last 5 syllables off the last line of Izzy's Limerick and not the last line of the previous Haiku.

Do I have to remind you that the title of this thread is "THE NEVERENDING KAIKU CHAIN" and you broke the chain by responding to Izzy's limerick, which makes it null and void.
