What types of villains should streetfighters fight?

Corrupt/evil obedience school trainers.

The heroes and other people could take their pets to obedience school and the corrupt schoolmasters train the pets to turn on thier owners.

Evil computers, esp. the kind that turn on their owners. Cliché but effective.

Evil drains, the sort that block up, and send crap everywhere.

The HUMANIZED CATS AND DOGS HAVE PETS. I WAS TALKING ABOUT THEIR PETS. Some of them have watchdogs and I am trying to decide if they should have PET cats too. I WAS NOT TALKING ABOUT THE ANTHRO ones.

I was thinking I could have a mad scientist cat or dog who poses as a jeweler and disguises OBEDIENCE COLLARS as jewelry and tricks people (the anthro cats and dogs) into wearing them, and possibly uses a remote control or microphone or some other means to control them.

My streetfighting cats and dogs are ANTHROPOMORPHIC. They walk on two legs, talk, and act and wear clothes like people.

What makes you think they are going to stand for some obedience school trainer treating them like animals?

Evil/corrupt lumberjacks/woodsmen. They could either be smugglers or are greedy moneygrubbers who want to cut down as many trees as they can which poses a possible threat to he welfare and well-being of the people who live in the cat and dog towns. Or they can ne rural lumberjacks/woodsmen posing some kind of threat or up to some devious deed.
Evil/corrupt miners/prospectors. There's a discovery of some unusual minerals or elements that exist in this universe, and maybe some evil miners or prospectors have some evil designs on it.
Evil/corrupt bartenders. In this univrse the cats and dogs could have something like milk bars (I am no sure if I want to feature any alcoholic elements in the stories), and they put herbs (like catnip or anise, etc.) or something in the milk or whatever it is they are serving to make people high or sick - maybe make them hooked on it so they keep coming back for more. I don't think I am actually going to depict characters using drugs.
Evil/corrupt hillbillies/yokels. Maybe the hero cats and dogs have relatives that live in the country, but unbeknownst to the hillbillies have bloodfeuds going on between certain families and the heroes get caught up in the crossfire.
