So, i was walking the little dogs to the groomer this morning, and after i left them there and was headed home, this woman hit on me. She wasn't bad that lookin' . . . mid- to late-40s, decent shape. But the tattoo on her bicep of a heart with the banner across it readin "Lucille" and her heavy beard kinda put me off. I mean, her beard was heavier than mine, and i haven't shaved in a few days.
Was i being too shallow?

Much too shallow. Since you were on your way to a groomer, you should have told the woman that you would gladly pay for her grooming as well.

Perhaps you
were too quick to judge. She could have just been at that awkward growing out stage. Another month or so and it could be at a full beard stage...doesn’t chafe so much as tickle.
