@edgarblythe,
In our fantasy football league, Edgar, I have been the punching bag. I've lost 3 weeks in a row and have been the victim of the "biggest blowout award."
But there is always another week, right?

@realjohnboy,
So, who's running in first place there?

@ossobuco,
Rhys, George's son in Boston, has been romping early on. He has Aaron Rodgers (QB-GB) plus some other studs on his team.
Cyclo, from the west coast, caught up this week.
They are matched against each other Sunday and Monday and the projected Fantasy Points are really close.

I can totally see Rhys' smile behind that.

My "projections" thing got a bit mixed up at the end due to some late picks of Philly (12) over Washington (10). That is listed as a tossup. I am not listing Buff (13) against the NYG (9) as a tossup though. Don't ask me to explain why as I have no rationale.
Of the 12 non-tossup games, we as a group agree 88% of the time. That is probably a record.
We all agree that NE will beat Dallas. Jespah alone picks St Louis to upset Green Bay. She also is the only player choosing Jacksonville over Pittsburgh and Mysteryman believes Tampa Bay will win versus New Orleans.
Ragman seems to agree with the majority on every game while there are many others right behind.
Ant then there is Jespah who agrees with the rest of us on only 5 games.
CoinToss/CoinToss is with us on 6.

Time for Coin-Toss to show the wares of wagers:

the 500 lire italian coin, circa 1997:

heads -

the black is a photo artifact - the coin is silver colored metal on the outer rim

tails -

This one went on a runner mid tossing in the first week, and showed up again during week 2's tosses.

Then there was this one -

I'm replying to a ghost post from RealJohnBoy. Amusing re Coin-Toss taken as just a shallow thinker.

Shallow - that is sooooo me. No deep dipping intellectually, too sticky.

Dangit, I wish I could see what I am replying to. I trust you have edited to be courteous.

<Pictures coins laughing, spiraling, bouncing>

I'm now missing the canadian coin that I added to the mix after I found out I'd skipped one game tossing and had put the other coins away.

Too bad, I can't find it now. Might have been a canadian dime.

@Coin-Toss,
The post I deleted had some complimentary words for Coin-Toss. It also contained some total drivel, though, that was unrelated to anything here.
