@gungasnake,
And why do WE THE PEOPLE need to ask our elected officials to FAIRLY cater to the democratic body and not the oligarchy who are bleeding our middle class dry with their "subsidies" and taxless status which is welfare for the exorbitantly rich?

The oligarchy should "ask not what the crooked bought of politicians can do for them". I have no problem with Mr Kennedy's words...

Hard working middle class people working slave labor jobs while the rich use their influence to eroded unions and a decent minimum wage? This is unconstitutional...

Your argument doesn't hold water...

JFK's words, properly applied, would result in today's demoKKKrat party being outlawed and banned.

@gungasnake,
You mean:
Detroit after conservative job outsourcing and conservative tax breaks for corporations who outsource jobs to third world countries... Conservative tax breaks for the 1% and the erroneous idea of trickle down. Tax shelters where a man like Romney pays ZERO in taxes... They have eaten the middle class and replaced it with a desolate city. And how again is this the democrats fault?

Let's not forget robotics which build cars now...

Your disingenuous comment only demonstrates the vast ignorance that is the void left over from consuming too much Fox News...

Have you forgotten about Senator Byrd? A high ranking KKK member and Democrat.
Name one republican leader that was a KKK member.

George Wallace was a Democrat also. You are just smearing conservatives, like usual.

@coldjoint,
I have not for one second forgotten about the racists that once occupied the democratic party but they jumped ship like bilge rats and joined the republiKKKan party where today the democrats now support equality on all fronts while the republiKKKans have poured perhaps billions into segregation attempts and to also disenfranchise and undermine voter rights, that of women, minorities, college students etc... I was once a republican so I know the change the the party has undergone. Those white pointy hats do not fool me, we all know the republicans are wearing them now...

Your shell game of, where did the racists go, does not fool anyone with half a brain...

The current voting record of the present GOP/teaparty members clearly states their party's racist agenda...

I am utterly disgusted and revolted by the current state of the republican party. I am one who does believe in capitalism and the American dream but I cannot support the distorted and twisted agenda of the republican party of today...

It is the Daily kos that has the agenda. And you are in a panic because redistribution of wealth through healthcare has blown up in your face.

It is the liberal movement that is dying.

@coldjoint,
Just like redistribution of wealth blew up in Ayn Rand's face?

And once a rich person's home and livelyhood has been sucked up by an illness then who pays for them?

Middle class people who DO pay taxes pays for them...

Not even MSNBC will be able to dig any lower than this.

After Sarah Palin made the indisputable observation that the Obama Regime is enslaving future generations with its deficit spending, the Peacock Network’s Martin Bashir responded by going on at length about odious punishments alleged to have been inflicted on slaves by psychopaths centuries ago — including defecating in mouths and urinating in eyes — then proclaimed that the same tortures should be inflicted on Palin.

Classless bastards.

If I Hate America So Much, Why Do I Stay?
By LD Jackson

Since I started blogging and founded Political Realities, I have always tried to listen to points of view that were different from my own. I have had coauthors who were much more liberal than myself and I have allowed many commenters who were more than a little stirred up that I had the audacity to question their liberal leaders. This is especially true since Barack Obama was elected President. He does not like to be questioned and many of his supporters are cut from the same cloth. Because of their attitude and their willingness to attack anyone who dares to point out the truth about their agenda, I have had an attitude change of my own.

I no longer suffer these fools gladly. I have no problem engaging them in a discussion of the issues, but when they start hurling personal insults, trying to seize the moral high ground and shut down the conservative side of the conversation, I refuse to allow it to happen. Having said that, let me get to the topic of today’s post. I have been involved in a discussion at Mike’s America that has taken a turn I did not expect. You can read the post and the comments at the link. The commenter I engaged is banned at Political Realities and shall remain so. Nothing he/she says is of any benefit to the discussions we try to have on this blog.

I’ll be the first to admit, I may be guilty of starting this fight. As I said earlier, I am no longer able to suffer these fools gladly. Here is what the commenter had to say in their first comment.

Why do you stay Rex? You certainly do these things when confronted with conservative ideas. And you are not the only one by far.
