Being an amputee doesn't give this guy any special wisdom. Moreover, he is an idiot, and many other disabled people would come down on Obama's side.

Did you bother to read the original FIOA request?

I wonder if I submitted an FOIA request to Darrel Issa requesting all emails and any other correspondence from his office where he talks about "IRS" if he would send them to me. I wonder if I could get a judge to rule he was in violation of the law when he didn't send me them.

I doubt any judge in the US will support the RNC on this one.
