@Advocate,

Your rankings come from a UN organization.
Quote:
The WHO rankings have been subject to many and varied criticisms since its publication. Concerns raised over the five factors considered, data sets used and comparison methodologies have led health bodies and political commentators in most of the countries on the list to question the efficacy of its results and validity of any conclusions drawn. Such criticisms of a broad endeavour by the WHO to rank all the world's healthcare systems must also however be understood in the context of a predisposition to analytical bias commensurate with an individual nation's demographics, socio-economics and politics. In considering such a disparate global spectrum, ranking criteria, methodology, results and conclusions will always be an area for contention.

Is that why you did not list the source. It means zero.

Disgraced Illinois Democrat Arrested on Child Porn Charges in Zimbabwe

Another fine example of the Democratic party. You think he ever met Killary? He knew Bill.

Quote:
Ironically it was another sexual predator who commuted his sentence.

He served all of his first sentence, and served 42 months in prison for the later charges before former US president Bill Clinton commuted the sentence for bank fraud in 2001.

Reynolds was released from prison and served the remaining time in a halfway house and was hired by Jesse Jackson”s Rainbow/Push Coalition to decrease the number of young blacks going to prison.

Brutal new poll just came out about how many people regret voting for Obama, good sign for 2016

Quote:
Over seven in 10 Obama voters, and 55 percent of Democrats, regret voting for President Obama’s reelection in 2012, according to a new Economist/YouGov.com poll.

Quote:
The poll asked those who voted for Obama’s reelection a simple question: “Do you regret voting for Barack Obama?”

— Overall, 71 percent said yes, 26 percent no.

— 80 percent of whites said yes, 61 percent of blacks said no and 100 percent of Hispanics said yes.

— 84 percent of women said yes, and just 61 percent of men agreed.

— 55 percent of Democrats said yes, as did 71 percent of independents.

Under the old system, about 45,000 people died every year due to lack of coverage. About a million went into medical bankruptcy. People, including kids, were excluded from, or kicked out of, coverage because they were ill. People were stuck in bad jobs, or could not go self-employed, because they would lose coverage. People were kicked out of plans because too much was paid out for them by the insurance companies. Etc. We were spending about 20% of GDP on health care, and this was growing. Etc.

Another reason government should not be involved, since everyone of their business ventures fail miserably.

Great website name - youngcons.com - cj. Young cons become old cons. Are you called an old con because of your age or a young con because of your grade?

Do your own research. And post sources, back up what you say, or don't say it. Or do I owe you, like the taxpayers owe everyone a living. A typical response from a lazy liberal.

The Obama administration keeps bragging about the falling topline unemployment rate, but their audience has not been convinced of an improvement. According to Gallup’s latest survey on priorities for Americans, joblessness has now become the top issue — exceeding the economy and even dissatisfaction with Congress and government:

http://hotair.com/archives/2014/02/18/gallup-joblessness-now-top-priority-for-americans/
This clearly shows that the unemployment numbers are clearly for show too.
That they do not reflect the real percentage is backed up by the peoples concerns.

This administration has gone out of it way to kill jobs, and doctors numbers floods the media and the internet with half truths(at best) to placate the useful idiots here, and on other bias forums.

BOOM: LA restaurant charging customers 3% surcharge to pay for Obamacare mandate…

Quote:
The owner of a hot new restaurant in LA is charging his customers a 3% surcharge on their bill in order to pay for the Obamacare mandate which requires him to cover all his employees with health care. While some customers have complained about it, it doesn’t seem to be hurting business all that much. But that’s likely because the food is so good:

This is a perfect example of what happens when the cost of doing business goes up. Businesses pass on the cost to the consumer in one way or another, unless they are in such a competitive business that they have to eat it. At least this owner in LA is being honest about it though and telling his customers why they are being charged. Perhaps that has gained him some kudos for not hiding it, which is probably what most other businesses will do these days.

Either way, this is just more proof of how destructive Obamacare has been in that it is making so many things more expensive. And I dare say that many small business would be able to charge something so openly if at all. When the margins are tight some businesses have to eat these costs which means they risk going under.

I do expect it. In fact, in your case, I eagerly await it. I love when you dish it out.

But calling me JTT was really way below the belt...and I wanted to acknowledge you for it.

Nice shot! Wink

Tough row you are hoeing here, CJ. Conservatism is not the most popular political philosophy on A2K. It's easy to get steamed when you're pretty much standing alone...and even if not alone, you will always be facing a larger force in opposition.

But...sometimes the hardest fights are the ones that are the most fun. Wink

The atheists here outnumber the agnostics 173 to 2...and I'm not all that sure about the guy who claims to be #2.

It's not a site for woosies...and there are very, very few of those around!

None in this particular thread.
