They need 7 million? Where is that statement to be found? They were projecting 7 million newly insured by next year but that doesn't mean they NEED them for it to not be a bust.

By the way the 7 million projection by the CBO was that those would be enrolled by the end of 2014. You do realize it is only January of 2014, don't you?

The CBO also predicted that 6 million of the 7 million would get subsidized insurance so of course the majority will get reduced coverage. That is what was predicted so there is no surprise.

The ACA was passed to pay for it. Where does the law state it is paid by the middle class? It comes from several sources including corporations and reduced payments to doctors and hospitals.
