@maxdancona,
Once the mind stops, does it ever start up again?

Does a cat have a mind to think?

I'd have to be a cat to know that, I imagine. But let me get more to the point in your next question about where the mind is...

@JLNobody,
If you oppose nothing, is there a mind?

Where is the mind located?

The problem with using a word like 'mind' is that grammar/syntax makes it too easy to reify abstractions and treat them as concrete entities that abide with some unchanging essence through time. I haven't been able to find anything related to mind that justifies treating it as such an entity.

You might just as well ask, 'Where is the river located?'

@TheEnlightenedOne,
I suppose that you did n´t thought through, that in order to oppose whatever, not nothing, you still need a mind in the first place...(in here, "oppose" in the strict sense of a human mental willing full process)

Where does the mind begin and end if it opposes and joins nothing?

@TheEnlightenedOne,
You are up to justify how can the mind join nothing in the first place...until there you rest with a poetic projection of nonsense...

@Fil Albuquerque,
In the functional of its operational context and relative to it, where does an entity begin and end at the atomic level?

If the "atomic level" conceptual frame of reference is the setting for the asking, then the answer would be that it begins and ends into that extension of what is experimented as being the "atomic world" confinement field, that is, the number of particles that you can account for, or "observe" empirically !

They don't. They're just convenient fictions.

that´s a to easy of an answer...if concepts are "convenient fictions", who is to say what is "real" instead, once concepts are all you are left with ???

In the absence of anything else the "real" is what you are left with !
