The most attention getting mistake is when you forget to put your dentures in before you go to eat at an elegant restaurant. It's especially bad if you ordered steak.

you can be as insane as you always were but excuse it with senile dementia and alzheimers. also, Docs tend to say things like "you're doing really well mentally" resulting in your admiration of the docs knowledge/skills. I worship my doc for that reason alone.
