to my mind are is are correct.
"Are" is more suitable when refering to plurals. In this case i may be interested in more than one of the topics you listed.

We should wait for other opinions.

@dadpad,
Only opinion. . . .

Which (ONE) of the following are of interest to you?

Since we are supposed to pick one from the list, I'm guessing the subject is singular and the word 'is' is correct. I am open to differing opinions.

How do you know we are restricted to one choice only?

@laughoutlood,
Good choice. You get the clubbing first, you aren't going to be interested in the wine for a long time.

Or not.

Roger, what portion suggests to you that we are limited to one item?

@tanguatlay,
Hi:
If the readers are expected to choose ONE of the choices :
Which of the following is of interest to you?

If the readers can pick more than one :
Which of the following are of interest to you?

Note to Roger and Laugher:
I have had some wine which in the morning felt to my head like a clubbing.

Nope, it couldn't be, Joe. It's half ways intelligible. Wink
