@Renaldo Dubois,
Did you read this article Renaldo? It says that Christians were throwing Molotov cocktails.

Sometimes I think you are really a liberal trying to be funny.

@maxdancona,
I'd throw something too if the damn muslims kept harrassing me. Why are the muslims doing that to the Christians in Egypt?

The Christians were demonstrating in a peaceful manner, a sit in, wanting their rights, something it appears they have no right to in your world. They were attacked. So in your mind all you see is Christians hurling Molotov cocktails.

Biased much?

The provocation in Egypt is massive; anybody other than Christians would be throwing a lot more Molotov cocktails.

For that matter if you had to pick one group of people on the planet who you might figure to be doing revenge terrorist acts it would be Orthodox Christians, particularly Serbs. I mean, SlicKKK KKKlintler sat there and bombed a totally innocent Orthodox country for eighty days and nights including Easter Sunday for the benefit of those Kosovar narco-terrorists and to take that Juanita Broadderick rape allegation off the front pages of our own newspapers.....

But in real life nobody does things like 9-11 or Beslan for causes; people do **** like that because they're fucked-up people and, occasionally since following a fucked-up religion (I-Slam) can TURN ordinary people INTO fucked-up people, because they follow a fucked-up religion.

A totally logical person on 9/12/01 before anybody knew who or what had perpetrated the atrocity, would have assumed Serbs might be involved: that was the most recent major piece of barbaric conduct by Americans at the time and the most obvious item anybody might have sought revenge over.

But again Christians don't behave that way or do things like that.

You obviouly know nothing about the sectarianism in Northern Ireland, or the parcel bombs sent to Neil Lennon. Now why does that not surprise me?

@izzythepush,
That's comparing a mole hill to mountain. When you get a mosquito bite, do you run around telling everyone that you got shot?

@izzythepush,
You're right, I forgot about Ireland, which would be the one exception to the general rule on the planet. Nonetheless the provocation in that case is gigantic and spans centuries. I wouldn't even know where to start with that one other than recommending you buy a few history books and read about it.

Ireland and the Irish were the absolute worst case in the British empire, even blacks were treated better.

@izzythepush,
The violent sectarianism in NI was economic and nationalistic. The religious divide was created by those forces. There are no one-liners of any use in regard to such a complex matter. Including my own, which are not intended to address the problem in Ireland but to make you engage your brain before letting the clutch out.
