What the meaning of "hippie-dippy"?
BTW, the sentence is
With her hippie-dippy name and dirty blonde hair, it was easy for her fellow students to dismiss her as a lightweight.

Out of interest, what is her name?

You must surely know what a "hippie" is (or was!), and if you grasp that "dippy" means silly, superficial, unfocussed, having poor attention span, etc, then you can imagine what the phrase might mean?
