Why "feet" is added here?

The author argues that we should set a bottom line in a relationship, which means the behaviors we cannot tolerate.

Then comes the following sentences, "Honoring our bottom line tests our spiritual resolve. It's incredibly easy to forget when our hormones or longing get involved but that's why we have brains and, I would add, feet."

Why does the auther add "feet" here? Does "feet" have something to do with hormones, longing, or "bottom"?

@Justin Xu,
The brain is not always rational, especially when you're feeling sexaully attracted to someone. So if your brain is addled by sexual longing, you can always walk away... that's what the feet mean here.

@Justin Xu,
Yes. Feet are for walking away.
