i would like exercises for old rotator injuries and lower back pain -my lower back went out twice the past 6 months=huge pain! better but painful now.

I think its the best way of getting rid of any of health problems without any of side effects.

Do some light exercise of back.do this for twice a day,it will recover you from the back pain.But also consult to the doctor...
