Shocked I'd probably glance right over it, but if I were pushed to say it out loud I'd say lip-o-kite-o-o-lee-go-sack-a-ride with accents on lip, kite, the second of the two adjacent os, and sack.

In that case, the lipo- would be pronounced as "i-o"? Very Happy
