"Confine yourself to the present". Online says it translates to "cohibeo vestri ut tendo", is this correct?

"in praesentibus vos ipsos coercete" if "yourself" is 2nd plural

"in praesentibus te ipsum coerce" if it's 2nd singular.

this is a response given on another site by someone. Is any of this correct?

Yes, I agree with those translations.
(The one from the automated translation facility is gibberish.)
