Terror attack on Moscow Airport

I haven't kept up with Moscow politics lately. Have they said who planned (or took credit for) the bombing and what their motivation is yet?

Don't know for sure, I'd assume Chechens involved unless I heard otherwise.

Russia has done most of the dying in the things which threatened Western civilization with extinction. Chechens had been deported to Siberia under Stalin and then somebody got soft and let them come back and this is the thanks Russia gets for it.
