I don't know. Possibly mites, though I believe they confine themselves to dead skin. I guess too small to see is the same as invisible. I think there is at least one microbe that eats flesh, but I hesitate to call a microbe an entity.

a bacteria, viral infection or germ of some kind would be an invisible entitie.
a ghost, spirit or poltergiest could be an invisible entitie (if such things really existed)
