House Censure for Rangel

If you sent the number of reps suggested by the constitution; it might be possible for the value of a person's virtue to exceed his price... It is because they repesent so many, and too many, and fron divided districts that they cannot possibly represent fairly -that they are so corrupted... In any organization, the rot begins from the top down... Do we call it democracy only because we decide who will be corrupted, and who our bad apples will be.... These people are only leaders in the sense that the lead us into corruption...
