She was fabulous in An Unmarried Woman. I will always remember her as the plucky and adventurous Erica Benton.
I've always wondered why she didn't do more film work. She'd been ill for a long, long time. RIP beautiful lady.

Wow, 21 years is a long time to battle cancer!
Nice lady who died too young.
I remember a young Jill Clayburgh on the old soap opera, Search for Tomorrow, in about 1970. Even then, she had a very distinctive quality.
She was just wonderful in An Unmarried Woman--unforgettable.
A very talented actress. Definitely gone too soon.
A great actress who excelled at her craft. Too many are passing in recent months.
She will be missed, both for her talent as an actress and her talent as a human being.
