Latin Phrase for tattoo

My grandma used to use a Latin saying to decribe me and my sister. My sister and I always used the English translation, "I bring my own sunshine." Can anyone please translate this back to Latin for me so I can commemorate my grandmother's death and memory? Thank you in advance for any help.

Solem --> sunshine, sun
meum --> my own, my
adfero --> I bring
