There is damage but it heal as there is only soft tissue. She proably has an extra layer of fat under the skin so there is more protection. Humans vary and she could be one of those that heal very fast. Maybe her father was a warrior or from a family of warriors in the distant past, after all the Dutch are Vikings, too.

The stress on the breast skin is tension i.e. stretching not pinching so the there is not that much pain as it seems. Besides her breast is large so the weight and size (skin would be thicker) make the event possible. She uses her arm to add to the force.

That sort of abuse is going to lead to serious problems for her, health-wise.

She could be fame hungry. It appears she can bear the pain. She must have done these things many times or at least once or twice. She has high tolerance for pain i.e. a high pain threshold.

Wherever the idea came from that because her breasts were large she would feel less pain - uh, hate to burst that little bubble, but I can assure you, as the owner of two very large natural ones (though nowhere near hers) that just isn't so, don't care how stretched the nerves may or may not be.

If (!) hers are implants maybe they're titanium encased.

My reaction to the clip had nothing to do with prudery, nor was I on my high horse. The outrage was at the grotesque things people will do for money and will pay money to watch. I guess that comes down to a matter of taste.
