Sometimes I meet a woman in a public area and we have a very pleasant conversation and at the end I ask her Email. She kindly gives me her Email address. A few days later I write her an Email, but I never get a reply from her. Does it mean she is not interested in me?

If you ask for their telephone numbers and it is always 911, that is what we call a clue...
