I thought we were at the convening the selection committee stage.
Disregard everything I've posted. Wink

BTW: is the pup in the photo a personal life vest/body guard?

@msolga,
The selection is still ongoing. I'm just throwing my weight around.

Corrupt politics and all! Razz

I would likely join up. so long as I don't have to dress for it or get in the water. In fact, I will bring my laptop and sit over here behind this big rock. That's good. Okay, I'm ready.

@tsarstepan,
Aha!

You bully!

Now I'm wondering if there's been any bribery & corruption behind the scenes! Razz

@msolga,
Msolga and I, especially I, are a little crabby right now.

And I've done a lot of pool design, though I am crabby about some of that too.

See osso as double crabby. It's 4 in the morning though, so no coherent reviews.

@tsarstepan,
(Just curious & trying to recall. What was the thread that you created this poster for, tsar? I remember it was a lot of fun at the time.)

Considering you came up with the club's name, I will nominate you EB for the position of president of the a2k Anchor Club!

Anyone want to second the nomination?

@msolga,
I don't know what I'm doing up. Probably crabbiness propells me.

It was a weird day, three pelting rainstorms, and, as usual, drops to pans under some of my ceilings. Luckily for my roof, these kind of rains are not usual. Still, I love the rain.

But, it was also a good day in some ways. More on that tomorrow.

@farmerman,
We all have different reasons, farmer.
In my case, I'm a poor swimmer, rather than a non-swimmer.

@ossobuco,
Good night then, osso.
You'll feel less crabby after a good, long sleep. Smile

@msolga,
Ill have you swimming like a fish in an hour. Ill bet you dont like getting water in your face .

Swimming side stroke or backstroke is actually easire than AUstralian crawl. One can polish up their skills in endurance that way and gradualy change over .

course, in AUstralia, all the seafood can kill ya so you better stay in a pool

@farmerman,
It's evolution my dear Farmerman. Survival of the fittest. In the coming years when the megaloden sharks come back from their hiding place in the Pacific Ocean, they will feast on the masses of swimmers gullible enough to swim in the ocean.

http://www.jawshark.com/photos/fishing%20for%20megalodon.gif

Flying megaloden sharks will eat of the masses in their public and private home swimming pools!

The only survivors will be the brave and the quick witted who aren't swimming around in the death pools of the Atlantic, the Pacific, and the Indian Oceans.
