In as much as he killed Communists and Communism in his country, he was a political saint. No chit, Scoob.......some people actually despise Socialism and Communism, and feel divinely inspired to wipe them off the face of the Earth. I am one such person. I detest the value-system you seem to live by. All ex-Commie officials in Eastern Europe, for example, IMO, should be investigated and charged with crimes against humanity for their misdeeds committed while serving their diabolical Marxist masters. What you take for granted on a daily basis -- THE SOCIALIST LIFESTYLE -- some of us hate and actively seek to demolish into fine dust. :headbang:

History proves that in the Third World, there is a strong correlation between authoritarian, right-wing rule and economic progress. Yes, civil liberties and human rights often suffer, but it's generally trouble-makers in society who get their asses in a jam, not decent, productive, law-abiding citizens. Radicals want it both ways -- mayhem in the streets to feed their appetite for rebellion and destruction, and a fat paycheck hitting their bank accounts on time, every time, to finance their hypocritical, private, 'bourgeois' lives in the very societies they attempt to demolish. That only works here in America, largely because the middle-class still dominates, and doesn't care about much other than pursuing its private, self-sustaining lifestyle. Everything and everyone else exists on its periphery. In the Third World, there is no middle-class.

Yeah.....and you worship Marx, Engels, Lenin, Trotsky, Stalin, Mao, Pol Pot, Ho Chi Minh, Kim Il Sang, Kim Jong Il, Fidel Castro, Che Guevara, Daniel Ortega, Hugo Chavez and Salvador Allende. They can ESAD, and if I ever catch them prowling around in my backyard, trying to eat out of my trash can and procreate with my dog, I will gun them down and bury them warm.

The US was forced to support his party/army -- the Khmer Rouge, to counter the spread of Vietnamese-Soviet-style Communism throughout Southeast Asia. We didn't back Pol Pot the Monster. Don't gimme that chit. What the hell did Scotland do during the Cold War? I'm tempted to say nothing. It's easy to criticize when you're never on the dime, so to speak.:no:

Haven't you learned yet? The US and it's foreign policy will back anyone that they can control to put our view of what the world should be into place. Chile, Venezuela, Haiti, Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq, Nicaragua, various little despots in Africa, and all over the world. Sheesh, get with the picture, no one knows how to govern themselves, they NEED us to intervene, duh.

@Pinochet73,
Someone must assassinate Hugo Chavez. He must die. He's a threat to the US in a major way, given his unique possession of tremendous oil-wealth and geographic proximity to Cuba and the US. We must kill him.:rocketwhore:

His own people want him dead. Who in his right mind would want to live under Communism? I'm convinced most of the crap I swallowed in college about 'popular elections installing socialist governments' was nothing but Marxist-Leninist, Soviet-bloc propaganda my professors bought when they got their PhDs in the 1960s, when Communism was in vogue with the Western intelligensia. Screw that crap. I now know better. It was all propaganda and damned slick propaganda at that. :no:

Don't be so simple. It's called geo-politics, e.g., NATIONAL SELF-INTEREST, and everybody's guilty of it, including SCOTLAND. No one is innocent. No one.

Elections were rigged, voters harassed, and power seized by the Communists, perforce. The alleged coup you're referring to never happened. It was concocted by Cuban-Chavez spin-doctors, as usual. There has never been any popular demand for Communism anywhere on Planet Earth. Communists have always taken power through mass murder and intimidation. The mendacious myth of the mass popularity of Communism was hatched by a Western, liberal intelligensia in the 20th Century. Communists have never been popularly supported anywhere. It's a lie,the greatest lie of the
20th Century, that which we watched unravel in 1989, with our very own eyes.:no:

@Silverchild79,
If given the choice between remaining in his communist homeland, or moving, without strings attached, to the United States, every single ordinary citizen of any and all communist countries in the world would opt for the US. Every single one of them. There is no popular support for Communism anywhere on God's green Earth.

Well you freely vote for "Fascist dictators" in your country alah the Socialist Party of Scotland who are you freaking trying to kid. So what's the difference between the socialist tards in Scotland who want what they don't earn and the US going in and getting what they want both force their lack of ethos down non-Socialist throats. I've seen the face of evil it's socialism it's the precurser to communism but those who support it are to retarded to know the difference. I hope the left enjoy living on 17 dollars a week in Scotland that's all Cubians get but hay we're all equal right snivel snot and bawl. It's a sad day when janitors want to make the same income of the educated but under Socialism they can, that's why the tards vote for a socialist party. Lazy stupid people wanting what they can't obtain with hard work and education. Sad bunch who use to be mocked whilst traveling on the "Little Yellow Bus".
