I love milk. But since the Heart attack i have made the switch to soy as well. Some brands come close as far as taste, i like Silk.

At some point, I got grossed out by certain foods -- milk, eggs, fish. Dunno why. Just lost my appetite for them. I think the less we eat, the better. :bunny:
