Has anyone here ever researched the Samurai? I've heard about him/(them?) and i would like to know more. is there a website i can visit or book i can read about it?...just curius.

The Samurai were a warrior class in feudal Japan, their power was diminished by political change and the introduction of firearms.
The quickest and easiest way to find out more is to go to your local public library or just try the term on Google.
Googlesearch: Samurai "history of" = 127,000 matchs. Happy Reading!!

The Hagakure is a good source, as is most of Daisetsu Suzuki's work on Zen.
Also, try the classical Japanese arts categories at e-budo.com, for more info.
