As to a world government, I am basing my view on what I see happening with the world and the fact that many of our problems will take cooperation of the whole world.
Jesus said that the time of the end was at hand. It was either His end He was speaking to or He missed on that prediction.
The questioner at that point in time was I believe talking about the end of all.

Is it possible His perspective differed from that you just expressed?

Typical desperate response when you find yourself can not answer even the very simple questions about your man-made fabricated book and faith!

Here are some answers.

The motivation not to answer a question could be that your questions are not asked to seek the answer. Christians are charged not to engage in useless disputation about this point or that point when the questioner displays an unwillingness to accept the answer.

This thread is your useless attempt to denigrate God's Word, His Son Jesus The Christ, Christians and the Children of Israel (Jews), your cousins.

Your translation of the Bible is seriously flawed. There is no need to defend a translation that is not faithful to Yahweh's Word by answering questions based on that unfaithful translation.

Yahweh is the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Israel. His Son is Christ Jesus. You too can be saved by His sacrifice and experience enternal life with Yahweh instead of eternal separation from Yahweh. All you have to do is repent of your idolatry, blasphemy, and other sins, accept Christ Jesus as your savior, confess your sins to Yahweh, accept Jesus Christ's atoning sacrifice for your sins, and sin no more. I pray that Yahweh opens the eyes of your heart. I ask Him this in Jesus' Name.

I will take what you just wrote seriously if you can answer this one question which doesn't need any translation or interpretation:

[SIZE="2"]What is the complete name of John who wrote the gospel of John in your bible? I just want the name of his father only![/SIZE]

Undeniable Contradictions in the Bible

QUESTION:

Was John the Baptist Elijah who was to come?

(a) Yes (Matthew 11:14, 17:10-13): "And if you are willing to accept it, John himself is Elijah who was to come." [Matthew 11:4]

OR

(b) No (John 1:19-21): "This is the testimony of John, when the Jews sent to him priests and Levites from Jerusalem to ask him, "Who are you?, And he confessed and did not deny, but confessed, "I am not the Christ." They asked him, "What then? Are you Elijah?" And he said, "I am not." "Are you the Prophet?" And he answered, "No." [John 1:19-21]

So, How can the Bible be a Divine book when it contradicts itself like this !!? How can you trust such a book !?

Anyone who does not have a bible, can check the verses for himself from this well-known search Bible website (Online Parallel Bible): Online Parallel Bible: Weaving God's Word into the Web

This adds to the long list of evidences about the fabrications in the man-made bible.

"Do they not then consider the Qur'an carefully? Had it been from other than Allah, they would surely have found therein many a contradiction." (Qur'an 4: 82).

Click here to hear the Quran beautiful recitation (in Arabic) for any chapter.

And click hear to hear the Quran recitation in Arabic with online audio English translation.

I will ask you a queation and you must asnwer this before I answer this supposedly contradiction in the Bible..... Muslim believe Jesus is a prophet of God.... Is John the Baptist also a prophet????

Revise your question.... The Disciple of Jesus with the name John did not write the gospel of John... John merely propagated the Gospel and somebody else wrote the Gospel... Are you asking who wrote the Gospel or the name of John's father?

Certainly. There is much in the Bible that is not accurate enough for us to know certain things. It is a guide only. Jesus is the best guide but He does not show us every rock.

Oh no. Now Islamists are using the same tactic as the homosexuals, casting themselves as victims of hate when someone tells them to take a flying leap. Waaaahhh! Boy, thats a real successful tactic.

Yes John the baptist was a prophet and he is called 'Yahya' in the Quran where the real true story and truth about him is told (unlike the fabricated corrupted biblical stories):

"At that time Zakariya (Zachariya) invoked his Lord, saying: "O my Lord! Grant me from You, a good offspring. You are indeed the All-Hearer of invocation. Then the angels called him, while he was standing in prayer in Al-Mihrab (a praying place or a private room), (saying): "Allah gives you glad tidings of Yahya (John), confirming (believing in) the Word from Allah (i.e. the creation of 'Isa (Jesus) (peace be upon him), the Word from Allah ("Be!" - and he was!)) noble, keeping away from sexual relations with women, a Prophet, from among the righteous."" [Quran 3: 38-39].

"And Zakariya (Zachariya), and Yahya (John) and 'Isa (Jesus) and Iliyas (Elias), each one of them was of the righteous." [Quran 6: 85].

"(Allah said) "O Zakariyya (Zachariah)! Verily, We give you the glad tidings of a son, whose name will be Yahya (John). We have given that name to none before (him)."" [Quran 19: 7][Quran 19: 12-15]

Instead of posting nonsense words, you can either listen to that american woman for only 8 minutes or you just write something useful instead of always spreading hate. You are rejecting the teachings of your biblical Jesus who ordered you to love even your enemeies! or do you have no trust in him or in your bible !!?

I am sure you don't care and that shows in your lack of trust in your man-made bible. Just think about your final destination and where you want to end up: Eternal Paradise OR Eternal Hellfire. It's your own choice!

Back at ya bud.

Sorry, I don't believe that facing toward a block peice of asteroid (rock) five times a day and praying to it; killing anyone who doesn't believe in the power of that black rock; or martyring myself while murdering other people will get me into heaven.

If Islam is so "right," why did Its originator think he was getting his ideas from Satan?

Why did that same guy listen to his "wife," when she told him, oh no, the voices you are hearing are from God?
