Worked fine fer me....I used the url to the image itself, rather than something that gets redirected.

Then tinyurl isn't working. Unfortunately, that link gives the movie away.

(Of course, the enlarged pic with the Oscar Gaynor's hand is a dead giveaway).

(LOL) Of course, it's A Star Is Born, LW And I really don't mind if I can't post pictures. I still have fun trying to guess them.

I'll try and post one with tiny.url -- it seems to be broken again today.

I don't know if this thread isn't dead as we can no longer use tiny.url because of a security patch.

I'll try -- there are some addresses that don't reveal titles or stars but that makes it really a lot harder to shop.

That's Erich von Stroheim on the left and I will guess the picture as "Foolish Wives"

Hey, I thought I posted a new one!

Well, here's one -- guess the star and the movie she's remembered for -- a B movie film noir that has become a classic.

Nope, and Welcome Rayvatrap.

I don't believe Garland was ever cast in a film noir.

Two more guesses and I'll give the first clue (although I have really given a clue).

There are some film buffs online here that should be able to crack it. It's likely not a scene from the movie (it was not in wide screen...ooops, another clue!)
